The bavette of the Black Angus is one of the biggest favorites for the barbecue. The bavette has a lot of flavor and is relatively less fat than, for example, a ribeye or an sirloin steak, but we have nevertheless selected the parts where a beautiful marbling can be found. Due to the coarse thread you keep a firm bite and due to the light marbling it remains very smooth. The Bavette is available in portions in five pieces of 200 grams or in whole pieces of 1 or 2 kilograms.
